Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unread, and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in original packaging, where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law:
- Digital products, including eBooks, downloadable content, and audiobooks
- Gift cards
- Magazines, newspapers, and periodicals
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
These exclusions comply with U.S. consumer law when clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for:
- Physical books showing signs of use or wear
- Items returned damaged or incomplete for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Please do not send items directly to publishers or manufacturers.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing period. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Verify your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card issuer—posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank for additional processing details.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a book that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit equal to the return value once the item is received.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return an item, email us first at info@alblibris.al.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
